Microwave Fudge Recipes For Kids Who Cannot Wait
A teenager does not fully understand that good things come to those who wait. They are the microwave generation. So here’s a relatively simple microwave fudge recipe your teenager can prepare when they are getting ready to babysit so you can go out and relax with the significant other.
This is a nice and easy microwave fudge recipe you could try out.
Ingredients:
· 2 cups Miniature marshmallows
· 14 o evaporated milk
· 1 tsp Salt
· 12 o Semi-sweet chocolate chips
· 1 c Milk chocolate chips
· 1/2 cup Nuts
· 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Method:
In 2 quarter measuring glass, mix together the marshmallows, salt, and milk. Microwave on high power for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir till the mixture with the marshmallows become nice and smooth. Add chips and stir until melted. Stir in the nuts and vanilla.
Put the fudge mixture evenly in a lined pan. Chill 2 hours, until firm. Cut it into squares and serve.
Easy chocolate fudge made in the microwave oven.
Ingredients:
· 3 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
· 1/2 cup cocoa
· 1/4 cup milk
· 1/2 cup butter
· 1 tablespoon vanilla
· 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
Method:
Mix and cook cocoa, milk, confectioners' sugar and butter on max power until the butter melts in about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir it till it reaches a smooth consistency and mix the pecans and the vanilla in. Spread it into a prepared pan. Cut the finished fudge into slices and serve.
If you use your microwave to make fudge, it can get you some terrific results.
Tips:
1. You should never use a metallic mixing spoon.
2. Read the label on the container and see whether it is microwave safe. All plastic containers aren’t safe to be put in there.

Classic Chocolate
· 1/2 a cup of cocoa powder
· 1 lb. of confectioner's sugar
· 1/2 cup of butter
· 1/4 cup of milk
· 1 teaspoon of good vanilla extract
Method:
Mix the confectioner's sugar and cocoa powder into a dish safe for the microwave oven. Cut the butter into parts and put it over it. Pour on the milk. Stirring is not necessary. Cook it for 2 whole minutes at maximum power. Add the vanilla extract and stir to mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased 8" square pan. Chill for 90 minutes until firm. Cut into squares, makes 64 pieces of yummy fudge!
Rocky Road
Ingredients
· 2 c. good quality chocolate chips (bitter or semi sweet will do)
· 14 o. of evaporated milk
· 1 tsp. vanilla extract
· 3 c. miniature marshmallows
· 1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Method:
Place morsels and the evaporated milk in a dish which is safe to use in a microwave. Stir. Morsels may retain some of their shape. If necessary, microwave an additional 10-15 seconds until melted and smooth. Put in the vanilla extract. Add the miniature marshmallows and the nuts. Put in the mixture into the baking pan and refrigerate until it sets.
Chocolate Pecan
Ingredients:
· 2 lb. confectioners’ sugar
· 2 Tbsp. vanilla
· 1/2 c. evaporated milk
· 1 c. butter
· 1 c. chopped pecans
· 1 c. cocoa powder
Method:
Blend sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe dish. Add milk and butter. Do not stir. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Put this into a square baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
