Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipes

Who has time to spend hours baking for hours in the kitchen like all the cooking shows on Food Network seem to think you have? You want your chocolate and you want it fast. So let’s see how fast we can make these easy chocolate fudge recipes.

Ingredients:

·         2 c. of chopped marshmallows

·         14 o. of condensed milk

·         12 o. of semisweet chocolate chips

·         1 cup milk chocolate chips

·         1/2 cup nuts, chopped

·         1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

·         1 dessertspoon salt

Directions:

Put the marshmallows, milk and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave on high for 3 or 4 minutes depending on how high powered your microwave oven is. As you stir the marshmallows should melt. Keep stirring until it becomes nice and smooth. Add the chocolate chips and stir until they are all melted. The nuts and the vanilla extract can be added at this stage. A square pan should be lined with butter paper. Take the fudge mixture and spread it evenly in the pan. Refrigerate until it firm up. That should take about 2 hours. Turn out onto a cutting board and remove waxed paper. Cut fudge into squares and begin enjoying

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

·         1 1/2 cups milk

·         4 o. of unsweetened semisweet chocolate

·         4 cups of castor sugar

·         3 tablespoons corn syrup

·         1/4 teaspoon salt

·         3 tablespoons butter (even vegetable fat will do)

·         1 + 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Directions:

Use a heavy saucepan to melt the chocolate long with some milk over low flame.. Add in the sugar, corn syrup and salt. Keep stirring and bring it up to a boil. Reduce the heat and stop stirring. Wait till the temperature of the mixture reaches 230 degrees Fahrenheit or 110 degrees Celsius on a candy thermometer. You know that it is done when if you drop a little bit of the mixture into cold water, it will form a soft ball. Get it off the heat when the temperature in attained. Add in the vanilla essence and the butter, but do not stir. Allow the mixture to cool down to the room temperature, and while this happens keep beating it with a wooden spoon. The mixture should be lukewarm when it is cooled. Once mixture has reached desired temperature, beat it with a wooden spoon until the mixture begins to lose its gloss and starts to thicken for approximately 15 minutes. Pour into a greased square pan. Allow mixture to stand until cool and hard. Turn fudge out of the pan and onto a cutting board. Cut your tasty old-fashioned fudge into squares and start eating.

Dark Chocolate Fudge Recipe

 Ingredients:

·         3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

·         14 1/2 o. sweetened condensed milk

·         A handful of chopped walnuts

·         1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

·         A pinch of salt

Directions:

In a heavy saucepan over a very low heat, melt the chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove mixture from heat. Stir in vanilla essence and chopped nuts. Spread mixture evenly into an aluminum foil-lined square pan. Refrigerate to chill for approximately 2 hours. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board and remove the aluminum foil. The lovely fudge needs to be cut into small squares and then served at room temperature.
